Ray Swearington, Delighted when Ray made me aware of the small patch of land beside my land was avable to be purchased. I had mowed that land for 47 years. Under my thoughts it was my neighbor's land and I was to help my neighbor although We did not know whom he was. Ray talked to the owner and they agreed to to gift It to us. This was a gift so there was not any money to exchange and. Ray was very kind to not make funds from the gifted land. His kindness was appreciated. Rosemary

I feel fortunate that I contacted Horizon Realty when I had to sell our family farm. Ray and his group were clearly the most the most knowledgeable, not only about area "comps", but also about what features our property had that allowed us to increase the asking price and ultimately the selling price. In addition to marketing the property he also knew potential buyers in the area and the sale was quick. His group was also immensely helpful in selling our farm equipment. Very satisfied.

Very pleased with Ray and his team! Would certainly use again! They were very much on top of the advertising of our land auction. They communicated with each of us extremely well. They went above and beyond to make the experience of auctioning the family farm a very positive one. Exceeded our expectations in all areas! Great Job and highly recommend Ray and his team!

No communication from the listing agent on a property I was interested in purchasing. 72 hours is simply too long to wait in this hot market. Such a shame because I'm sure this is a great family operation, however, my experience was that of an outsider, inconveniencing the seller agent while he was at the Rodeo
