Dr. Pettingle is the first PCP to ever really care about me she has always made sure that my needs were met. She’s such a sweet person at first I was a bit scared to receive help but she made me feel so comfortable. Also her front desk people are so nice anytime I come in and there so professional. I really appreciate the way they have taken care of me
my mother had a terrible experience with this office. they would overcharge her and they just dismissed me for repeated “no shows” even though i have never no showed an appointment ever. i always make sure to at least reschedule. very unprofessional, especially since im on meds im not supposed to stop abruptly. now i have to scramble to find a new pcp before i run out of my meds.
I have had consistently great experiences at Horizon Family Medicine. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and the Provider takes the time to really listen instead of rushing through appointments. I always feel respected and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate family practice.
