First time visit and everyone was great!!
I’ve been a patient at Horizon for years and have seen multiple providers. Brittany and Latanya are an incredible team. During your most vulnerable moments, they are steady and strong and kind and take you seriously. I’ve never felt more sure of and confident in my healthcare team. I can’t thank them enough!
I've been a patient at Horizon since 2018 and my interactions with Dr Selak have always been great. However, my interactions with other staff have not. Overall Horizon is very unprofessional. They take too many patients so the wait is very long, the office doesn't smell clean, and I've had several extremely rude and unprofessional interactions with front desk ladies and billing department. Most staff can't seem to be bothered with trying to help me, as if me being a patient is an inconvenience to them.
I have been going here for nearly 6 years. Megan is amazing! I am blessed to have an NP who is truly attentive to my care holistically and realistically.
If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. My experience with Horizon Family Medicine in Clayton raises serious concerns about communication, safety, and continuity of care, particularly for elderly patients. My 82-year-old mother-in-law is currently a patient at this practice. She has been treated here for more than two years for what was later determined by other providers to be fungal and bacterial pneumonia, not adult-onset asthma, resulting in extended hospitalization and rehabilitation.
