THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IN CLAYTON IS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. THE RECEPTIONISTS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE TAKE AN HOUR TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF THEY ANSWER AND YOU GO TO THE OFFICE THEY ARE AT THE DESK MAKING CHISTER WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. IF ONE DAY YOU FEEL SICK AND YOU GO TO THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE THEY DON'T TELL YOU, IT HAS TO BE WITH AN APPOINTMENT, IF YOU ARE SICK THEY SEND YOU TO (ER) AND IN (ER) THEY TELL YOU TO GO BACK TO YOUR PRIMARY DOCTOR. WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL OFFICE IS THAT?
This review is for 100 Cunningham Lane Clayton NC. My insurance could not reach their office during normal office business hours. When I called myself, the recording stated the office was closed. What kind of patient service is that? They were unable to get me an appointment for another provider in a timely fashion. And sometimes my doctor cuts me off when talking about my own health issues. I'd get better service from a veterinarian.
Do not go see Dr Hebna, after following up from a ER visit they took blood and was supposed to get me a referral to have an MRI down, neither were completed i had to call three times and still don't have answers on blood work, so he want to schedule another visit to do a follow up from er which was already done. Physician care has went out the window.../
