Shout out to the receptionists here who are always so kind and helpful when you call. I’ve had to work with several different doctor’s offices lately and usually receive poor service, but every time I call here they’re exceptionally nice.
Doctor Bout is a great doctor, she’s never accepting new patients though. But Ashley the PA is a complete JOKE. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
I've contacted the office 3 times and will be calling because Ashley wanted blood work during my annual exam, and still no response from anyone at that office about my lab results nor any responses to as to why my lab results are not uploaded. I requested my blood work be sent to McLaren Port Huron, but it was sent to LHMC. I had to go onto BCBS to see where the office sent my blood work and saw that my EOB states I will owe over $300 for a certain test that I didn't request for. I am furious!
If you are looking for menopause care, do not seek here. They do not believe in HRT, all staff gave contempt and dismissed.
