Worst office ever. Impossible to get in touch with and when you finally do they are no help. Called on a Monday to make an appointment for my physical and wanted to get my routine bloodwork done prior to the visit so A. the doctor could go over the results with me at my appointment and B. Gina my doctor is amazing but the front desk is the worst ever !!!!
Closing at lunch is rediculous. Have someone answer phone during lunch and take messages. This isn't a factory act like it. Fowled up my prescription directions, pharmacy could not reach them,had to wait over 2 hours for script to even get corrected. Calling them is also a disaster, hello please hold. Sums up experience here.
A little unprofessional they actually forgot I was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor and I'm sitting here listening to them chatting it up for about 20 minutes to then have the doctor see me in passing to tell me my meds are being sent, didn't even verify if I was the correct patient they were talking to
