Love Julie Ormiston, am a long-term patient. However, the office patient service is horrific. You can be on the line for 16 minutes trying to get through to someone. When you get there, you see people on their personal cell phones. Am a long-time patient, but when calling to get a sick visit on Friday morning, you get told 'we are closing at noon', and our urgent care is not open Friday's. They are open Saturdays. Went to this office for a physical had the initial appointment getting family, history and reasons for making the appointment all seem to go well with the scheduling. Question and answer session with nurse practitioner was less than satisfactory. I felt as though my reasons for coming were dismissed and felt unheard. P.A Anderson is amazing. She takes her time to listen and understand what you are taking about. She is very thorough and makes sure to go over everything in detail with you.
This doctor’s office has some of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced. Lab results? Good luck hearing about them without chasing them down yourself. Trying to make an appointment is another nightmare. Even when you finally get someone on the phone, you’re met with endless hold times, and vague promises to “call you back” that never happen.
