RecommendedThe staff here was absolutely amazing and the dentist was the BEST I ever had anywhere. Called in with a dental emergency, got seen on a Saturday of all days and it was immediate!!! I super appreciate you all, thank you!
My bank card information was allegedly stole by a trusted former employee. I filed a police report. If you visited this establishment around November 2018 check your bank information. I honestly feel betrayed. The dentist claims they are sorry, which they probably are but they still should alert their patients that this happens so they can check their bank statements.
Amanda Bazan; Office/Clinical Manager is suppose to be a leader and the to go person if help is needed. However, this is a person who judges all colored front desk employees. For example, if their hair is not to her expectations she would directly tell them to change their hairdo or they would even pay to fix the coloring to a color that she feels more comfortable with. Very Friendly and Fast. They take care of you as soon as you get in. Best service ever. I will give them 220%
The doctor was running late so my appointment was almost an hour past due. I was back in the chair to fill out the forms for 20 minutes before someone came back to get those forms. It wasn't the best "first visit" but I believe the extraction went as planned and 48 hours after the visit I think everything is healing as expected.
I love you all no explanation is needed I have no complaints.
I wish I could leave no stars. Horizon Dental Hanover is the worst. I was seen at the Baltimore office which is awesome but they didn't have openings until 2 weeks later. I had to get my tooth extracted and was told one price at the Baltimore office which was different from Hanover office they told me to follow up with the Baltimore office since they booked me. Although my procedure, two crowns and two implants, was lengthy I think I received excellent treatment for as difficult as it was. My thanks also to the staff for their friendly and caring manner, in the chair and also at the front desk. Horizon Family Dental Care is definitely a 5 Star organization and dental facility.
