Amanda Bazan; Office/Clinical Manager is suppose to be a leader and the to go person if help is needed. However, this is a person who judges all colored front desk employees. For example, if their hair is not to her expectations she would directly tell them to change their hairdo or they would even pay to fix the coloring to a color that she feels more comfortable with.
