From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and the dental team took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The office is clean, appointments run on time, and the quality of care is excellent. Highly recommend!
Jessica, the front desk person who answered my call, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. She should definitely not be handling phone calls. I genuinely hope the call was recorded so that her manager can be informed of her inappropriate behavior towards potential clients.
I scheduled an appt a month ago over the phone. The scheduler pressured me for a social security number but in my entire life under military health insurance, and working a few years of my adult life in the medical billing industry, the social is not needed if the benefit number is provided.
