Jessica, the front desk person who answered my call, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. She should definitely not be handling phone calls. I genuinely hope the call was recorded so that her manager can be informed of her inappropriate behavior towards potential clients.
I scheduled an appt a month ago over the phone. The scheduler pressured me for a social security number but in my entire life under military health insurance, and working a few years of my adult life in the medical billing industry, the social is not needed if the benefit number is provided. The scheduler navigated to the necessary site, verified my insurance with the benefit number only, saw the active plan and scheduled me. Fast forward to the afternoon before the appt. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly yet professional. My Hygienist was excellent. I left with clean teeth and no pain. Dr. Qi answered all of my questions and the front desk staff was very helpful. So glad Horizon opened an office in Gambrills!
