Great service, caring, genuine, and honest. One of the best dental offices l have experienced in a very long time. I know l can be difficult due to unpleasant past experiences with other dental practices. The professionals here have been constant, consistent, patient, supportive and passionate about my care. After 10 years without going to a dentist, A month ago I went to Horizon to take care of an issue with a crown. I am glad I did, the staff make you feel welcome, they all are friendly and very Professional. Dr. Chiang is a healer and very kind doctor.
They scammed my husband. They told him they checked his insurance coverage and that his treatment plan would be covered. He continued to get treated as they told him to ignore the bills from the insurance company and assured him it would be taken care of. All for them to leave us with an almost $800 bill by the end of it. Unscrupulous business practice. Please beware!
