In the entire field of healthcare, few medical visits can be called pleasant, or fun, including eye care appointments. I was warmly greeted when I arrived, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They were training a new team member, and I was impressed by how patient, kind, and supportive they were — something that’s not always the norm and definitely worth recognizing. The standout, though, was Sean (I believe that was his name). He greeted me with a genuine smile and clearly enjoys what he does. Eyes are important but waiting after you arrive is disturbing. This never happens at Horizon. Every appointment I have been received warmly. Jake runs various tests while we discuss sports. Katherine, a true professional because you know she wants the best results for you explaines in detail what needs to be done. The front desk group are all ready to help. I’m in hopes that my eyes will now work and I cannot think of a better group to get me there.
