We used to get our glasses/contact lenses here. Not anymore. Today, a very rude and unhelpful woman on the phone, changed that. Never again. Definitely taking our insurance money.. somewhere else. Being rude and completely unhelpful is not cool. Lost a customer....and you guys are not cheap. lol
Would recommend them to anyone....my family has moved from Owatonna to Mankato but we still drive back for eye appointments. Would never want to go anywhere else!
This is by far the best eye care center in Owatonna. The doctor's spend that extra time to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied.
These friendly doctors and their staff go above and beyond to help their patients. Highly recommend this office!
