Out of the country in Germany having severe eye problem tried all day to contact Dr Rouse Wouldn’t even return my calls Finally got someone who basically said find Dr there problem is Dr Rouse only one who knows my issues I guess if I’m not in their office I’m not important Dr Rouse could have a least talked to me for a minute out of common courtesy When I do get back new Dr new clinic I am very disappointed in Horizon Eye care
Professional clinic, very organized, clean; Very friendly staff and highly professional doctors. I have come on several occasions as a patient and as a companion mainly and we have always received a pleasant treatment. I would definitely go back to this clinic if I ever needed it.
I first came to this place when my daughter was 7months old. The wait time was very long. Given it was basically @ the end of the day. She saw Dr. B.Cramer . He seemed ok @ first. But when she came for her 2nd appt. He seemed distant and not friendly @ all. He even snatched a toyed out if her hand. (The light up toy they use to get babies attention). And didn't apologize!
