RecommendedLove dr. Biber! Seen dr. Bell and this past time because he was booked, would not recommend her. Kept telling me to stop this medicine I wasn’t even on, I just didn’t say anything. Called 5 days later to tell her my plug that was put in was hanging out and poking me in the eye and she told her nurse to tell me it was my dry eyes. I could literally see the plug sticking out, it fell out that next day. Needs to listen to patients and not just rush them out. Will wait for Biber next time.
RecommendedI do not understand how this office can get anything but top ratings. The office staff was absolutely wonderful, nurses as well. And Dr. Rosen is such a great doctor. Smart interested and motivated along with being kind. Busy yes, but when you're great you are busy. I was told by a renowned doctor in Chicago that he was the best and I have not been disappointed.

I really hate to not recommend Horizon because most of the Drs here are fantastic but I was seen today at 2:00 by Dr Ryder and I left in tears. I honestly have never been seen by a doctor that has such little concern for a patient than Dr Ryder. Attached is my Yelp review.
