The staff consistently failed to respond to maintenance requests, and communication was poor throughout my lease. After moving out, they attempted to charge me for rent and utilities for months when I was no longer living there. They also did not provide the legally required itemized statement of deductions within the 30-day deadline. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time disputing invalid charges.
