My experience with Horizon has been often and varied with many of their drainage and irrigation materials. Where many irrigation and drainage companies have much of the same materials the service I have received from Kirk Michael & Lue White make me return every time. Kirk has been available to send me quotes late on a Friday when others don't answer their phones. Lue's attitude and knowledge of his location's materials makes my store visits efficient & makes me feel appreciated.
