I called the store recently looking for a light but didnt end up finding one my price but Angel was very kind and patient with me helping me answer my questions. Very great customer service young man thank you.
Let me tell you something about the workers on this store or supply’s company, horizon on broadway, I don’t know if there’s more in Sacramento California,4 workers 3 of them doing nothing, I was ready to pay no one in the store except me, the only one was doing something outside came to help me, great service and attention to the customer, his name is Angel. Sorry I don’t know the last name. But he provided exceptional service to me. Im glad this company has workers like him.👍
Angel provided exceptional service. When the drip Irrigation part I was looking for wasn't in stock. He located it for me at another supplier. That is an example of quality excellence.
