Been going here for years because it is a convenient location and they often have what I need. The customer service is bad. Even though there are usually three or four dudes standing around, the staff usually ignores you. When you ask for help, they seem annoyed to have to look up from their phone or interrupt their conversation. As a small business owner, I would rather spend my dollars elsewhere.

I called the store recently looking for a light but didnt end up finding one my price but Angel was very kind and patient with me helping me answer my questions. Very great customer service young man thank you.

Let me tell you something about the workers on this store or supply’s company, horizon on broadway, I don’t know if there’s more in Sacramento California,4 workers 3 of them doing nothing, I was ready to pay no one in the store except me, the only one was doing something outside came to help me, great service and attention to the customer, his name is Angel. Sorry I don’t know the last name. But he provided exceptional service to me. Im glad this company has workers like him.👍
