Went in one morning and the guy behind the counter asked another employee to help me because he was on a phone sale. The other employee looked straight at me with no facial expression at all or without saying a word and walked through a different door and never returned. After a couple minutes I simply just walked out and went somewhere else.
The guys went out of their way to deliver a controller to Fort Worth for me. The controller was in Plano.
