There was a problem from the shipper and Christian, The sales rep went above and beyond and gave me a upgrade for my weed whacker , and the part that was sent so I could use for an extra. I want say the service at the vacaville branch. Is outstanding. All.the.members there are very help full . They always in good spirt . Especially the manager Daniel. They make you feel like you dealing with family. If they don't have a certain item. They will go out of there way the get it for you at a different store. I give them all 10 stars. Glad to have them in vacaville ca.
