I recently moved to Chino and needed to find a new dentist and I was a little nervous because I had some less than great experiences with other dentists in the past. Dr. Brower turned out to be fantastic. He answered every question I had and has been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places I've been, I've always felt welcome at the office by the team. Waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before I was taken to a room. My appointment was with Dr Brower to see if he could fix my bridge. One of his assistants came in and put my bib on. Ten minutes later another assistant came in to do the adjustment. When I told her my appointment was with Dr Brower she left the room. I waited another 20 minutes with no contact from anyone. I removed my bib and left a note telling them I went home. I feel an hour waiting with minimal contact is too long.
