The dentists, the hygienist & the X-ray person are amazing, but not the current front desks, their customer service is declining over the years. Ever since the old front desk lady not working there, new people have come and gone. As of speaking, the front desk people put phonecalls on hold for 15-25 mins at a time whenever we call. We have to hang up and call again twice to three times and they still put on hold.
My son who is on the spectrum has visited a small amount of dentists before we found this place and finally called it our home. The reception ladies are sweet and welcoming. The dental hygienist Loreta is so kind and I felt as though she treated my son like he was family. The 2 dentists-one looks like Paul Schaffer. He is so kind and thorough. The Hygienist that was cleaning my teeth was rough and constantly scratching my gums making them bleed and i complained to the dentist about her and why i stopped her from continuing ehat she was doing & she was fighting insisting to finish cleaning when i told her no i wanna speak to the dentist. I told Him I been coming here for years & I never had a hygienist like this. Tha worst dental care , What can I say for this place , to start with the worst front desk, everybody inside there are boring to work , you call to confirm something and they say yes but they never ask the doctor if he can or not they say yes and you go you wait and after the doctor says I can’t do it and the front office didnt know lol.
