My first impression while visiting to make a delivery was displeasing to say the least. The concierge was unnecessarily, curt and discourteous, while being pretentious. Upon entering, she immediately says, "dropping off" repeatedly. To avoid talking loudly across the lobby and to not allow her hast to hurry me. I wait until I reach the desk to answer.
