They care deeply for their patients. They provide individualized and group activities. A very wonderful relaxing setting where all the patients can feel relaxed and safe.

Fantastic! The Horizon Community Mental Health Center offers so many different classes that keep their clients learning, having fun and being engaged. They even offer a music class! The extensive care from a multitude of certified clinicians is everything you could dream of for your loved ones. The food is nutritious and delicious and the Staff are happy, attentive, engaging and accessible. In my experience, Horizon is the #1 Best Care Facility of it's kind in Los Angeles!
I enjoy going to horizon day care center very much.The staff is wonderful,and very kind to me. They serve us a delicious breakfast and lunch every day.
