This is based from my actual experience. Horizon Commercial Realty is an incredibly rude and unprofessional management company. We were a very motivated prospective tenant with outstanding credentials who sought out a location that we would like to apply. It takes multiple days, phone calls, and emails from our end to to finally get them tell us the necessary documents they would like to see to even be considered. They gave us an opportunity to start our small business. The state of the suite wasn't known to them or anybody, but we made it work. Together, the mayor and horizon really helped us out. They wanted to see our small business succeed. For that, we are greatful! They maintained the property their end of the lease and it was overall a good experience.
