This is based from my actual experience. Horizon Commercial Realty is an incredibly rude and unprofessional management company. We were a very motivated prospective tenant with outstanding credentials who sought out a location that we would like to apply. It takes multiple days, phone calls, and emails from our end to to finally get them tell us the necessary documents they would like to see to even be considered.
