My walk in cooler’s temperature was reading at12 degrees and I needed it at 4 degrees so I called Horizon. They came and brought it down to 7 degrees gave me a bill for $450 and told me they wouldn’t do anymore until I paid them an additional $1300 for a pressure test on the system. I immediately called a different company to come have a look and they told me the settings had been entered wrong, they made a quick adjustment and the temperature dropped to 4 degrees. The technician came and fixed my A/C right next day I called. It was a simple replacement of the capacitor and the bill was only about just over $200. They were quick, kind and courteous. Thank you.
