Kirk and his son washed our house on a tight schedule related to selling. He went out of his way and inconvenienced himself for me and my family for no extra charge (even though I offered!) because he wanted to help. Once he committed himself he made sure to be there, despite it being late in the day. The work was excellent and our house really shined afterwards.
UPDATE! Kirk came out to clear my daughter's heavily clogged gutters and downspouts at her new house in Bessemer. Did a fantastic job! Not only cleared all the nasty gutters of the mud from the packed in leaves but cleaned up beautifully behind themselves. And then the following week when we had all the rain I realized I had a waterfall coming off of my porch and got him and crew back out again to clean the gutters at my house. Great job! We’ve used Kirk for years, and are always happy with the service provided. He is diligent in making sure all mildew and stains are gone from retaining walls and concrete, and this time we had him soft wash our deck and patio to wash off mildew and pollen. He left our property fresh and clean. A reliable contractor when you need this type of cleaning.
