Terrible service and grossly overcharged! Called Horizon on 6/19/24 and spoke to *** to extract a small portion of carpet in a 10x12 bdrm that had gotten some water as a result of a wtr heater leak on the other side of the wall. I asked him to simply extract any excess water(roughly 3ftX 10ft) and place 2-fans. *** promised fans would be picked up 2-days later and the carpet re-tacked then. I have used Horizon twice, once to clean carpets (they got out cat pee smell....a miracle!!) and yesterday to have a sofa and outdoor furniture cushions cleaned. Scott arrived on time, calling first, gave a fair quote for the extra work (cushions) and worked HARD to get my furniture clean. My sofa and cushions look great. I am satisfied and will definitely use Horizon again for any rug/furniture cleaning I have.
Very expert cleaners, I should have them every month at my mom's house. I had a vacation and have her house clean.
