I have used Horizon twice, once to clean carpets (they got out cat pee smell....a miracle!!) and yesterday to have a sofa and outdoor furniture cushions cleaned. Scott arrived on time, calling first, gave a fair quote for the extra work (cushions) and worked HARD to get my furniture clean. My sofa and cushions look great. I am satisfied and will definitely use Horizon again for any rug/furniture cleaning I have.
