No one ever answers the phone or calls back when you leave a voicemail. That is completely unacceptable.
I have been a patient at HBH for years and have never felt like just a number or a checkmark in my PA's office until my last appointment. It was a very mechanical experience, and my PA prescribed another medication that ranges in price from $800 to $1,000 per prescription without disclosing the cost. Jonathan is so easy to talk to and he listens. Stephanie at the front is knowledgeable and friendly. Times are hard; people don’t have to be.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable. The office is calm, clean and very supportive, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Banjoko is knowledgeable, compassionate and truly listens without judgement. I always leave my appointments feeling heard and more confident in managing my mental health. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking effective mental health care!
Went to Horizon for over seven years, Incredible staff, really helpful management when difficult situations arose. I've moved away now, but I will miss them dearly! Thanks for everything!
