I was attempting to treat attention deficit issues and was forced to do a $1,100 neuro-feedback assessment (complete rip off), which I was led to believe would be covered by insurance. Mind you this assessment is led by a tech who follows a prompt, not a nurse or doctor. After 3-4 visits and weeks of waiting I was given a low dose of adderall which literally felt like a placebo. On the phone for 40 minutes trying to get my appointment scheduled. I’ve been going for years but the practice has a HUGE turn over rate and the phone/scheduling is a complete mess. Avoid if you need an easy scheduling experience or want a consistent provider.

Experience so bad I had to see my old therapist about it. Within 15 min of meeting Laureen changed my 5 year diagnosis from professionals I had been seeing consistently. Made drastic changes to my medications, NEVER ASKED FOR MEDICAL RECORDS. She was calling out symptoms of my diagnosis mid conversation? “I love bipolar people” and talking about how many of them she knows was a weird way to pretend she knew what she was talking about. I was a bit apprehensive at first after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and professionalism. The doctor I saw was also great, overall it seems that whatever issues caused the negative reviews are no longer present
