This place is a joke. The nurse practitioner doesn't listen to your life problems that may make you symptoms worse. She just disregards what you say and tells ya to see a therapist. I'd think that if im asking for some emergency medication to mitigate my anxiety, depression etc because of the problems that im facing in my life right now that isnt normally happening. Do not go here! Even if you like the doctor/ professional. The office is poorly handled. They give you bills months later that should not be owed. I knew that they did not take my insurance but still sent it in anyways and while I paid out of pocket a hundred dollars a session. I got a bill for a new patient payment for four hundred sixteen dollars almost a year after. I haven’t been there since last year. They will scam you out of your money. The reviews are a warning for anyone.
I have worked with Kim and Dr. Banjoko and they are extremely thorough and thoughtful! I recommend this practice!
They dont care about their patients you are on a good routine and they stop your meds. I wouldn't recommend them for anything then they send you bills that you don't owe
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! There is a reason the reviews for this place are so abysmal. “Dr” Banjoko at the Savannah location is an absolute joke and has no business providing psychiatric care. I’ve spent a year and a half attempting to receive treatment from this place with no avail. They have been more than happy to take my money each time I’ve walked through the door, but have provided me no therapy or medication.
