Very friendly. Not big on keeping private information private. Sat in open room with people coming in and out and asked to verbally give sensitive info like SS #, email address. Process to open acct toocomplicated. Didn't feel that my private information was a priority.
I was provided the best service, kindness, and care from Sallie. She help get our loan finalized and kept me updated during the process. Every time I walk into Horizon, I'm welcomed with smiles and kindness. I couldn't ask for a better bank!!!! Thank you!!!!
