They don't answer their phone and do not have voice mail so cannot leave message
Stay away from this location and having to give them one star is being too generous. I have renter's insurance for over twenty years and have never filed a claim and the bill has always paid in full and on time. In the last couple months, I had to contact the agency for policy changes and the customer service has been terrible. Agent Danielle C. has ghosted me twice. Will be switching to State Farm when the policy expires.

I had a horrible experience with Horizon Agency. Zachary (Zack) tries to be a know it all kind of guy, but he is no smart. In certain statements he was very wrong. He is over confindent in his business understanding/abilities and overall lacks the ability to work with people, especially to work with women.
