Someone was supposed to come out and do maintenance service on my furnace. Appointment slot 10-2 pm. Communicates through email it’s 1-5 pm. At 2:27 pm he was on the way. At 5:30 pm still no one. I called at 5:30 pm no answer. Left a message and replied to the email, is someone coming because it’s 5:30pm. I get an email from Tanya that the technician said he came. If I could give them a 0. I would. I have had issues with this company for years. My warranty company One Guard, has no other contractors in my area except them. They no show, call to reschedule because they are running late and a myriad of excuses. How anyone does business with them is beyond me. I have had to cancel my warranty, as it is useless to complain, they never drop them or find reputable contractors.
A/C went out on Friday. Got an appointment for Wednesday between 12-5. I got an email saying someone was on the way at 1:22 PM. Nobody came until after 4:00 PM. The guy got there, looked at the unit, said “we don’t work on geothermal units” and left. Was there less than 5 minutes, which included parking. The unit was in fact NOT geothermal, he did not take any time to look at anything, including the unit outside. We used the company through our Home Warranty. The communication was horrible during the service process along with the service process itself. There was not a text/phone/email notification of when in route; only a 4 hour window.During the service day, they had to order part which took another 2 weeks of waiting.
