Very Happy With The Service of Horicon Bank. We refinanced with them. Phil made everything very professional and easy for us. Since we have met with him we are leaving another bank after 30 years of banking to do our banking with them. I would recommend Phil and Horicon Bank to anyone.

Horicon Bank has been a bank my family has used for generations! They are so kind, thoughtful, and so friendly at both Ripon locations. Michelle has been a wonder to work with ever since I moved to Ripon, and my Mom loved how easy it was to do transactions over the phone with her and come in to get that small-town friendly feel and she was remembered (she always thought that was so sweet, is that she was known by her name when she walked in)! Thank you so much for being an awesome bank to work with! Whoo!
I now live out of state, but I maintain my account with Horicon Bank because they simply are unmatched for customer service. I have had a few unusual situations come up, and the folks at Horicon have gone above and beyond to help me and find a solution.
Not the greatest ... But not the best but was ok for small town lol neatless to say why would u charge your own costumer a fee for a routing number and bank statement?
