There is lack of communication! Or they will tell you one thing and its not even true. My loan officer is the worst. She has screwed so many things up in several different occasions.

One teller working....5 people waiting for assistance ...at the Markesan Main Bank Building. Where are all the people I have dealt with for years? Heard the comment "this is a first ". I hope the quality of service doesn't change under the Horicon Bank name from what I've experienced for years.
