Over priced and an overall terrible experience. We paid him more for just our business taxes than we paid last year for business and two individuals. In the very first meeting Lance was insulting our business and disrespectful to my business partner. He was hard to get a hold of, slow to respond and didn't seem to listen and when we'd followup on things he'd say we never told him and then he'd own up to never doing what we asked after we'd reference emails in regard to what we were speaking about.
