The learn to skate class was a complete waste of time. My son never really knew who his instructor even was and all they did every week was walk back and forth on the ice. No instructions on gliding or anything except for getting up when you fall. Also, I tried to get assistance from the guys in the front desk area and they literally looked me in the eyes and then just kept talking like I wasn’t there. We won’t be back even though we paid for a few more classes. Not worth the effort.
Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Last night, I had a very unpleasant experience. Initially, I was told by the "manager" or someone in charge that I was skating dangerously, but it felt like an overreaction. Then, I was asked to move a water bottle that wasn't even mine. Finally, the manager had the audacity to ask if I had been drinking, simply because I was excited and maybe a little more energetic than usual on the ice.
