Based on past work and the work that was recently done (caulking around skylights and chimneys) I feel that I can rely on Horch's attention to detail and problem solving. They are willing to take the time to listen and explain things thoroughly so the problems can be fixed and managed (I want to be an informed home owner so I appreciate that attitude). Plus, everyone has been very courteous over the phone and in person.
We have used Horch Roofing two times now, for our roof and most recently for our new gutters. They have always been professional and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them.
The crew were very helpful and did an excellent job. The process of completing the contract and scheduling the job was a little "clunky". We are happy overall with the outcome.
