Very, very good! He gave me cortisol injections at the base of both thumbs for overuse arthritis until they didn't work anymore. About 2.5 years ago elected to have a right-hand surgery to remove the trapezium bone - the standard of care still- without harvesting any tendon from my forearm at my request. Dr. Dancea has given me injections for arthritis in my thumb and has explained surgical options at a level I could understand. He took time to make sure I understood each option and suggested things I could do to keep from having surgery immediately. He genuinely cares about his patients.

I've seen Dr. D.for years for hand arthritis, especially the thumb/wrist joints of both hands. Excellent results from joint injections til suddenly not so. Considering surgery.
