Absolutely the worst realtor I have ever worked with. Rude, disrespectful and doesn't even do the work you hire him to do. We told him we were upset and dissatisfied and he threatened to call the police on us. Yes, this was real life. I could hardly believe it myself. He collects commission to list your home only. You're better off with one of those listing services.
The review by Kevin M. H is Kevin M. Horan trying to up his rating. Kevin mocked my deceased disabled 9 yr old over politics and we do not know him. He is a disgusted individual and I can't believe their are people like him out here in this world. Please don't do business with Kevin or Horan Realty Group. We have his post saved as proof.
I've never had business dealings with these people. However Mr.Horan read a Facebook post about a 9yr old disabled boy that died because of medical negligence. The grandparents of this child were reaching out to the community asking for help to get their story out there. Rather then offer words of support, encouragement, or condolences... Kevin was excellent from start to finish in assisting with the sale of my house. I received multiple offers and had the house under contract a week after listing. He responds quickly, has strong negotiation skills, and is detailed in explaining the listing/selling process and any questions asked.
Spoke to Kevin about listing our home, seems like a friendly person but, Where do realtors get off on trying to dictate to you what they would list your home for. We have an appraisal for 445k just done a couple of months ago and Kevin told us he would list it for 400k because thats what he pulled for comps. Maybe trying to get listed lower so it sales quick for him and he gets paid? Which based on comps we have access to, that is even wrong. LOL Zillow has it valued at 418k to 448k and their evaluations are always low by 10... read more
Working with the Horan Agency was a great experience. Sue Horan was flawless, talked to people for me, had answers for every question (there we many as I was an out of state buyer), returned every phone call and email quickly, and always had a smile. We executed two RE transactions successfully, and the next time I buy a property in Florida, I will call Sue.
My daughter used this company about three years ago and was very pleased. When i needed a responsible Realtor she recommended them to me.. I received prompt knowledgeable service from beginning to end. my reason for needing help was because of the death of my husband so not being 100% all the time was a factor.
