Lessons Learned ... A 96 year old woman was brought into this office in 2021 to meet with Mike Horan accompanied by her niece. She had a previously changed Will (made at age 91) he made a Trust for this woman based on changed Will and he believed everything he read and was told by the niece. He didn't do his job as an officer of the courts and as a result he has violated the law in RI.
