Front staff has horrible service especially with the name of Wendy. I needed some information about this clinic because I’ve been told it’s recommended to come here. She said we can’t do walk ins without an insurance. She said that as a broad answer, when I told her my insurance; she said that insurance wasn’t allowed. As an established patient who’s been knowing Dr Aguero for over 10years I have nothing but good things to say about the Dr. The front staff on the other hand are not very helpful and are telling my partner they’re not accepting new patients but he’s been a patient with Aguero for a very long time we just have not been to the office recently. That doesn’t mean our file is just gone. I’d appreciate if the staff was a bit kinder and opened minded about situations.
My husband has been a patient for many years, he has always been a self pay patient, has keep all appointments, never has rescheduled or missed an appointment, and now all of a sudden he can’t make an appointment because they only take insurance only patients. He did not received notification of any sort to terminate patient's care the office did not provide any reasonable notice. Yo fui paciente de el doctor horacio agüero muy pero muy buen doctor cundo trabajaba solo ahora q cambio no e podido a cer una cita solo le dan citas las personas con seguro medico como si el q no tine no se enfermaran según ellos te dan las citas asta con 6 meses de tardanza y las de las recepción son pésimas y arrogantes
I’ve been a patient here with doctor agueros and the 2 times I’ve been there he’s an awesome doctor BUT his front desk receptionist is an absolute rude horrible employee they have. To begin with I called to schedule an appointment and as am speaking she hangs up on me, and I call back don’t think she apologized or anything. She’s rude to begin with and has an attitude for the whole entire conversation. ! She made me hung up on her because of how rude and disrespectful she is.
