Honest, hardworking and prioritizes the needs of his customers while getting the job done in a timely and efficient manner. This is a stripmall of options, but Horacio is the clear winner. While I live in San Diego--I got a nail in my tire and had to pull off the freeway. After attempting Firestone (3hr wait) I googled tire shops and found this plaza full of auto shop options.
