Do not ever go to this mechanic. I dropped my vehicle off and asked him to check one specific thing. He took it upon himself to change a part in my car without my permission. He pointed out more expensive work he felt needed to be done. I considered letting him do one of the things he mentioned but changed my mind because everytime I asked him how much it would cost he never gave me a price. Let me tell you !!! You should NEVER judge a book by its cover and this is a prime example!!! From 1st looks at the place I was a bit worried but boy oh boy does Mr Horace know what hes doing. I went to get my alternator and serpentine belt fixed and he did a EXCELLENT job !! & even filled ALL my fluids up too !!! Not only that but he STAYED IN CONTACT with me the ENTIRE step of the way!!! If you are looking for your car to be fixed in a timely and affordable manner then this is not the shop for you. I brung my car to Horace after I was feeling a very aggressive vibration from my car during acceleration. The older mechanic said that it was a engine mount although I told him based on what I have been reading online people were saying they feel a similar vibration from worn out cv axles on that specific car (Lexus es 350). I needed to catch up on lots of maintenance with my 2014 Nissan Titan Pro 4x4. I needed to get it ready to tow my new camper. It needed new struts, shocks, 4 new tires, radiator flush, transmission flush, differential fluid changed, front and rear brakes, water pump and thermostat. We settled on a price, and he kept true to his word. I highly recommend Horace.
I will only ever go to them. The 2 mechanics are fantastic, extremely reasonable and fair. I don’t think there’s anything mechanical that they can’t do! I very strongly suggest Horace’s Auto Repair
