Terrible customer service, called in the morning about a change in my car insurance and the numbers did not make sense. I was told to call the car insurance company and was given the number. Called and they said they see what I do, does not make sense I have to speak to my agent. Called to speak with Markens Benoit, was told he will call me at 2:30pm, no call now 2:45, I call and am told he is calling car insurance company, then I am asked to speak with car agent again, she points out my agent did not put in a discount to th... read more

I'm very disappointed with service in the Worcester office. I have tried calling the office numerous times. The phone rings and rings. One time I got somebody to answer but the noise in the background was so annoying (she was working remotely from home) that I told her I was hanging up. Another time a woman kept putting me on hold and finally told me that she would call me back with the info I needed. I simply wanted to consolidate car insurance policies. I ended up calling Mapfre directly and received much better service.

The number listed to call is not working. I had to call Mapfre's main office.
