The road side assistance part of this company is the WORST!! 30 min to get information across to a person who unfortunately speaks minimal English. Then they give the wrong vehicle to the tow company who we now have been waiting an hour for in 110 degree heat now I have to call back and have them resend the correct vehicle info to the tow company (another 30 minutes to do this) now another hour before the can get is another tow truck! 🤦♀️
They are a great insurance company
I have to give Horace Mann major points, but a situation arose and I had to contact them, which means they truly are not a five star company. First why five stars, I was given directions to contact a central office, wait time was under a minute. They were on top the situation and sent all the paperwork, I no need to call them again, they stayed on the line until problem was resolved. Then asked if I needed anything else, no selling, no anything, removed the issue.
