I can’t speak highly enough of J.R. as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity are very much appreciated and respected. We looked at several land opportunities and after talking with J.R., he was able to answer our questions that we had in assisting us in making a decision on a land purchase at Kerr Lake. The purchase went very smoothly and we are very happy. We "highly" recommend J.R. and United Country Virginia Reality when looking for a realtor to assist with your next land purchase.
I had an 85-acre tract of timber land from my mother's estate. I talked with Bill Baker at United Country and Bill suggested we divide the property into four lots. Bill and JR handled everything! They determined the size and boundary of the four lots, cut a path through the thick forest, coordinated the surveys, completed perk tests for the lots, and used social media to advertise the properties.
