One star is still too good,so many problems where do I start? Drivers showing up with other adults in the vehicle. One driver sent a “friend” to pick up my daughter cause he was sick, the “ Friend “ had no back ground check and the company had never met him or didn’t even know who he was , so it was a complete stranger who dropped my daughter off at home that day!!!Which is definitely not acceptable. Horrible app and company to independently contract with...no driver support whatsoever, Supervisors do not reach out after escalation tickets, it took 2 months for me to talk to a supervisor after 1 incident despite weekly from app errors and hopskip "specialists" all giving different/conflicting information from one another and majority AI generated responses. Been a pain from the start and not worth the trouble. Less than minimum wage pay after gas, wear and tear, etc is factored. No organization whatsoever. Safety for you... read more
