Horrible app and company to independently contract with...no driver support whatsoever, Supervisors do not reach out after escalation tickets, it took 2 months for me to talk to a supervisor after 1 incident despite weekly from app errors and hopskip "specialists" all giving different/conflicting information from one another and majority AI generated responses. Been a pain from the start and not worth the trouble. Less than minimum wage pay after gas, wear and tear, etc is factored. No organization whatsoever. Safety for you...Β read more
