My dining experience was A+ from walking in the door until leaving. The entire staff was friendly. My server was one of the best I've ever had. He knew the menu and answered all our questions. The food was delicious. Hops has become one of my favorite places to dine in Wilmington!
Awesome atmosphere, great overall sense of humor and easily the BEST burger I have ever had!
The worst customer service ever, their general manager EMILY, has no customer service abilities at all, and is very rude!
Great nachos and chipotle Bloody Mary! Live music was outstanding!
went there for the first time tonight and it was amazing, one of the best restaurants ive ever been to in Wilmington, we'll definitely be going back.
I love eating here and it is a true gem. Great service, great food, and just an all around good time.
Try the nachos they were to die for and awesome beer selections :) haven't found a thing that I don't love service was awesome too! :)
