Went through on Sunday morning, Paid $31 for a premium car wash, and it snapped my rear wiper arm and blade due to negligence. The workers did not tape down or cover the arm, and did not seem to care at all when I confronted them about the damage. I have had to pay $50 for a new wiper arm, as the other one is completely destroyed. They wrote my name and number down, and I was told I would receive a call the next day to resolve this issue. Great car wash was easy to use vacuum and it was free with the car wash unlimited use. Forget the Ekka take the kids here and get your car washed at the same time haha
I love this place, I have the membership which is an awesome deal, I get my car washed at least once a week here.
I’ve always had a great experience using the carwash as well as the vacuums afterwards. Unfortunately the wash quality seemed to be lacking in the past 2 months, figured it must be time for some maintenance on the wash, but today I went through and was unimpressed; really unhappy with the vacuum suction. I tried 4 different ones to see if there were any working properly but no, There basically was as much suction as my handheld home vacuum.
