They managed a rental for me and charged me for things that were supposed to be included in their monthly fee like inspection after tenant move out and postage when they didn't even mail anything. This is dishonest. I don't recommend their real estate agent Heidi. She didn't even secure my rental home by locking the door after exiting. This demonstrates her lack of care and clients best interest in mind!
